You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries in first- and second-level support, both by phone and email.
You will provide competent information about our customers’ products and services and support their concerns until they are resolved.
You will work closely with the relevant departments, gather targeted feedback, and coordinate further processing.
You will handle customer complaints professionally in coordination with internal specialists.
If necessary, you will also contact retailers to obtain information or clarify concerns.
You will carefully document all inquiries and processes in the customer database.
Finally, you will support the preparation and evaluation of customer satisfaction data in order to identify potential for optimization.
Requirements:
You have excellent written and spoken German and good English skills – a prerequisite for professional communication with customers, dealers, and internal departments.
You have relevant professional experience in customer care, administrative work, or back office work and are well-versed in structured processes and customer-oriented correspondence.
Your work style is characterized by personal responsibility, accuracy, and reliability – you maintain an overview even with a high volume of inquiries.
You are characterized by a quick grasp, a high willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
