Customer Service Agent (m/w/d)
Tasks:
  • You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries in first- and second-level support, both by phone and email.
  • You will provide competent information about our customers’ products and services and support their concerns until they are resolved.
  • You will work closely with the relevant departments, gather targeted feedback, and coordinate further processing.
  • You will handle customer complaints professionally in coordination with internal specialists.
  • If necessary, you will also contact retailers to obtain information or clarify concerns.
  • You will carefully document all inquiries and processes in the customer database.
  • Finally, you will support the preparation and evaluation of customer satisfaction data in order to identify potential for optimization.
Requirements:
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and good English skills – a prerequisite for professional communication with customers, dealers, and internal departments.
  • You have relevant professional experience in customer care, administrative work, or back office work and are well-versed in structured processes and customer-oriented correspondence.
  • Your work style is characterized by personal responsibility, accuracy, and reliability – you maintain an overview even with a high volume of inquiries.
  • You are characterized by a quick grasp, a high willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
  • Your communication skills, service orientation, and interest in the automotive industry round out your profile.
